A popular Ondo pastor, Olabanjo Felix Gold, formerly the founder of Image of God Evangelical and Prophetic Ministries, has announced that he has left Christianity and embraced ΓαΉ£αΊΉΜαΉ£e (IfΓ‘ traditional spirituality).
In a video circulating online, the cleric introduced himself by a new spiritual identity, saying he is now Ifawamiri Aworan Olodumare, Babalawo of IfΓ‘.
He expressed appreciation to his Oluwo, Baba AifuwapαΊΉ OluαΉ£αΊΉgun Latunji, whom he identified as the Araba of Isararemα», as well as others he said supported him throughout his spiritual journey.
The former pastor also made a strong statement about his new belief system, declaring that, in his view, foreign religions are false and ΓαΉ£αΊΉΜαΉ£e is the authentic spiritual path.
His dramatic transition has generated reactions online, with Nigerians debating his decision to leave Christianity and embrace traditional Yoruba spirituality.
