OFFICIAL RETURN OF AMB. KINGSLEY ENWELIM NWANZE TO THE ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC)
This development was made public via a statement issued to the media in Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency, announcing the official return of Ambassador Kingsley Enwelim Nwanze to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Amb. Nwanze, a seasoned communicator, development advocate, and political strategist, was originally a committed member of the APC before taking up a professional engagement as Spokesperson to Hon. George Olawande, the Representative of Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency. His decision at the time was strictly informed by professional responsibility and service, and not by any ideological departure from the party.
His return to the APC represents a strategic boost to the party’s ongoing efforts to consolidate its structures, deepen grassroots engagement, and reposition the APC as the leading political force in Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Following his return, Amb. Nwanze will be working with other like-minded progressives across the constituency to amplify positive narratives of the All Progressives Congress, promote issue-driven political communication, and mobilise citizens, particularly youths and professionals, towards strengthening the party’s visibility, credibility, and electoral fortunes.
Special recognition is given to the Executive Chairman of Oriade Local Council Development Area, Hon. Rasaq Akorede Olojede, whose encouragement, leadership, and commitment to party unity played a significant role in inspiring Amb. Nwanze’s return to the APC, where he originally belonged.
